the second year

one year ago, this month i believe, heidi and i took the very scary leap and partnered our photo hobbies. it seemed we were booking weddings immediately. we were super encouraged by family and friends. well, this is our second year and we have been renewed and updated. we have expanded our collection of equipment, our experience and have polished our abilities. we have added new services and have created a new website all our own. we have invested in ourselves with time and money....oh, so much time! and yes, you have to spend money to make money. we have traded special and limited time with our families for jobs that have taken us hours away to work hour after hour...then to spend even more precious time editing those photos. we are ready and even more confident in our ability to turn out a professional service. our great investments are worth the temporary set backs. as the great quote goes, "no pain, no gain" let the 2011 wedding season commence!
